Do you have a passion for praise and worship?
El Shaddai is a Catholic charismatic renewal, prayer group that meets weekly for fellowship, praise and worship. In Hebrew, the word El Shaddai means “the God who is more than enough” and it is the aim of El Shaddai prayer partners to bring this message to the world. Thus, they strive to proclaim the greatness, faithfulness, power and goodness and love of God to those with burdened hearts and minds. The El Shaddai movement originally begun in the Philippines in 1979 but St. Patrick’s Parish has had a chapter since 1998.
El Shaddai hosts its prayer meetings in Shamrock Hall at St. Patrick’s Parish, from 7:00 pm – 9:30 pm every Thursday night. Meetings include a sharing of the word of God, personal testimony, song and fellowship. There are often also guest speakers and every meeting allows prayer partners the opportunity to make prayer requests.
